To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused, with all original packaging and tags intact. We understand that accidents can happen, but we cannot offer refunds for products that have been opened, used, damaged, or altered in any way, as we cannot resell these products. If the product is damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team immediately upon receiving your order, and we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, without requiring you to return the damaged product (we may ask for photos of the damage to verify the issue).
To initiate a return and request a refund, please follow these simple steps: 1. We offer global free shipping on all orders, and we also cover the cost of return shipping for eligible returns. You will not be charged any additional fees for returning products, and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label (if applicable) to make the return process as convenient as possible. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return shipping process, so we recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
