All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1 to 3 business days after we receive your payment and order confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We strive to process orders as quickly as possible, but during peak periods (such as holidays, special promotions, or high order volumes), processing times may be slightly extended. If there is any delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email, providing you with an updated processing time and expected shipping date.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email, which will include a tracking number (if available) and a link to track your package. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery, from the moment it leaves our warehouse to the moment it arrives at your doorstep. Please note that tracking information may take a few hours to become available after your order has been shipped, depending on the shipping carrier.
The estimated delivery time for all orders is 6 to 12 business days from the date your order is shipped. This delivery time is an estimate and may vary depending on your location, customs clearance procedures (for international orders), and any unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, shipping carrier delays, or global events. We work with trusted shipping carriers to ensure that your order is delivered as quickly and safely as possible, but we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date, as factors outside of our control may affect delivery times.
We ship to all countries and territories around the world, with the exception of a small number of locations where shipping is restricted due to logistical constraints or international regulations. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you during the checkout process, before you complete your order. We reserve the right to refuse shipping to any location that is subject to sanctions, embargoes, or other legal restrictions.
When shipping internationally, your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price of your order or our free shipping offer. We have no control over these fees, and we cannot predict how much they will be. Customs policies vary from country to country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on any potential fees before placing your order.
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure that they arrive at your doorstep in perfect condition. Our chocolate products are packaged in insulated boxes with ice packs (when necessary) to protect them from heat and damage during shipping, especially during warmer months. We also use sturdy packaging materials to prevent damage during transit. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately upon receipt, providing photos of the damage and your order number. We will then arrange for a replacement or a full refund, at your option.
If you need to change your shipping address after you have placed your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your shipping address, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make the change if your order has already been processed or shipped. If your order has already been shipped, we will work with the shipping carrier to redirect the package, but this may result in additional delays or fees, which will be the responsibility of the recipient.
